⟡ Rights & Attributions
You are purchasing personal usage rights to my work. I reserve intellectual property rights and copyright. In other words, I reserve the right to post any of my creations online as examples of my work. My work is not for commercial use (including PNGtuber/Vtuber personas on monetized accounts) unless otherwise stated.Do not copy, trace, re-upload or modify my artwork unless I have given express consent. For example, do not create bases from my art.Please credit me wherever you post/submit any work you purchased from me.Using my work to train AI or selling it as an NFT is prohibited.
⟡ PAYMENT
You must be 18 or older to purchase my work.Many designs and bases will be available on Ko-fi for immediate purchase. For sales outside of Ko-fi, you must provide your PayPal address within 24 hours of claiming. You will then have 48 hours from the invoice date to pay in full unless otherwise agreed upon.
➤ All payments are in USD. You can view currency conversion rates here.Chargebacks are unacceptable and will result in immediate blacklisting.All sales are final. No refunds.
⟡ ADOPTABLES
You are welcome to modify your new character however you see fit. However, please do not draw over/alter the original artwork the design came with.Do not use your design for "breedings" or to otherwise create derivative designs.You are allowed to trade/resell your design. Out of fairness, do not resell your design for more than you paid unless you’ve accumulated other artwork to include with your sale.Ghosting/nonpayment after claiming an adopt will result in it being placed for sale again. Repeated instances may result in blacklisting.
⟡ BASES AND TEMPLATES
Bases are for personal use, though you may also use them to sell adoptables.You may not use my bases for any other commercial use, such as commissions and YCHs.Copying, tracing, or redistributing my bases is prohibited.
⟡ BLACKLISTING
I reserve the right not to do business with specific individuals at my discretion and I may not disclose the reasons why. Reasons include but are not limited to harassment, art theft, hate speech, supporting/engaging in zoophilia/pedophilia, repeated ghosting/non-payment after claiming a design, or other serious violations of my Terms of Service.
➤ I may also not do business with individuals who are known among the art community to have a history of problematic behavior.
By purchasing artwork from me, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service in their entirety.
